Time Out for Farming

Two communities have home gardens: the Novitiate Community in St. Louis, and Emmaus Community in San Antonio (our SATX house of welcome for pre-novices).

Second row: Emmaus Garden in process; wildlife at Emmaus observing from an air-conditioned space!

Third row: wildlife at the Novitiate Community (fortunately, bunnies can't climb!).

The last photo is of our first three Sisters at Espada Mission School in San Antonio. I wonder if they harvested eggs and/or butchered chickens?!
