Week 1

Greetings! And welcome to Mid-Week Mission Moments.

Today is our first opportunity to think back on our time together as staff, when we examined the Acts of Chapter 2026, and how our work in light of these Acts support the mission of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word.

The mission of the Congregation is to actualize the saving and healing love of Jesus, the Incarnate Word, by promoting human dignity and serving those who are most vulnerable, poor, and marginalized.

Do you believe that what you do in your particular role supports the mission of the Congregation? How? Think in concrete terms. Take some time with this question; it doesn't have to be a lot of time. And write down at least one thing that comes to mind.
